Steps:
4. After copying the pattern, add a 1 cm margin on all sides
5. Draw four straps on the bottom of the fabric. Each strap should be 45 cm x 3 cm. Because the fabric is folded into half, you must draw four 22.5 cm x 3 cm straps. 7. Cut out the straps
9. First fold the arm areas, fold half the margin (0.5 cm) first, and apply glue. Then fold it inwards again (0.5 cm) and apply glue.
11. Repeat step 10 for the sides, but attach the straps on opposite sides below the arm area instead.
12. Repeat step 8 for the bottom side

2. Prepare a pattern that is half the actual apron
3. Copy the pattern onto the newspaper, make sure that the inside of the pattern is facing the folded side of the newspaper 6. Cut out the body from the fabric with the margins intact (still maintaining it’s folded position)
8. Create a strap by folding the strap fabric ¼ on each side facing inwards. Then fold in the edge on one side and fold both sides of the fabric together; this is the closed side. Apply glue. Repeat for each strap
10. Fold the top margin by 0.5 cm, and then attach 2 straps on the corners of the top margin, making sure that the open side is the side being attached. Then fold the top margin by 0.5 again and apply glue.
