This quarter in CaS my focus was more local then global. The main focus, for me, was helping the people around me. Prior to me doing CaS, I noticed that one of my neighbor's dog ran away (as in ran out of my neighbor's home and they had to chase her (the dog) to come back) and figured it was because that she lacked the proper exercise. I got the inspiration to walk her for about 30 minutes so that she would at least get a chance to go out of her master's home for a while. Coincidentally, her owner is Sasa, my classmate, so it wasn't difficult to ask for permission. I greatly enjoyed this CaS because it was reaching out to my community and raising awareness on the importance of exercising your pets.
During my CaS I also helped Sasa accomplish her CaS by providing her with something to do. She helped me clean my fish pond from undesirable frog eggs. Below is a slideshow of Sasa's CaS.
