During this quarter, we played soccer, badminton, and swimming. But the major sport was swimming. I did 50 laps (consist of 20 breast-stroke, 20 free-style, and 10 back-stroke) that were each 10-20 meters long. I think I did well in free-style and I need to improve my-self in breast-stroke. The way I did it is 1 breast-stroke then 1 back-stroke then 1 free-style and after doing that pattern 10 times I switched back and forth with breast-stroke and free style until I did 20 more laps. Next time I would like to do this faster and take less breaks. (The picture is a picture of my friends and I playing soccer together, another sport we participated in a lot during this quarter)
