Quarter Two
This quarter in PHE, we learned about volleyball and soccer. It was my first time every playing volleyball, so I was really worried about what the outcome would be. My best assignment in this quarter was goal planning for both volleyball and soccer. For this assignment, I scored a 7. Because I've never played volleyball before, I set quite standard goals for volleyball that focused on general playing. For soccer, I set goals regarding accuracy (which I lack a lot). This assignment was my best work because I was thorough in the planning. I did well because instead I was descriptive in each step, while setting goals that I believed I was able of accomplishing within the boundaries of my physical abilities. In the future, I should set more difficult goals for myself because now I have a basic in volleyball and soccer. I should also take the goals more seriously, so that I can achieve them with more quality. This assignment helped me learn more about the key concept communication, because I had to communicate my goals and plans towards achieving those goals (of which are physical) through an oral method. It was difficult to explain body language with words, which helped me understand the importance of proper communication, so that people would not misinterpret the descriptions and receive an accurate explanation.

Quarter One
This quarter in PHE, I learned about healthy diets for gaining, maintaining, and loosing weight. I also learned the mechanics of a diet plan, and the daily nutritional required ranges. My best work was my nutrition plan, which was effective because it displayed my ability to apply universal information personally. It also showed my ability to plan based on pre-discovered information quite accurately. The assignment required a lot of work and patience, which is something I did well. I also avoided procrastinating, and in result I could take more care of my analysis and planning to be of variety and accurate. Additionally, I didn't try to cut corners with this assignment, for which I received a 6, and instead put effort into making it something I could be proud of. In the future, however, I should be more careful in the calculations for the different factors in the plan, so that I don't have to redo the table different times for small mistakes. The key concept involved in this project is relationships, because I learned about the relationship between exercising and dieting to either control weight rates. Through this assignment, I was able to further manifest those relationships into a plan that is feasible for producing results, through creating those links and connections that will all correlate together towards achieving a specific goal.

My goal this year in Physical Education is to enjoy the sports more and not resent PHE.
